  • How Do I Ship My Firearm to the Custom Shop? 

It is legal for any gun owner to ship their gun by UPS, Federal Express or other private carriers to a gunsmith, dealer or manufacturer for repair or alterations.  The gun be directly returned to the owner by Fedex or other carriers.  Be sure when shipping a firearm you insure for full value, make sure the firearm is properly packed to prevent damage in shipping.  Please provide us with full details, including your name, address, phone number, home number, type of gun, serial number and clear instructions of work you would like done.

  •  Shipping & Handling Cost ?

Unless otherwise requested return shipment will be by Fed-ex.  Minimum shipping charges will be $25.00 for firearms.  Additional charges may be added to guarantee the packages are insured for full replacement value. 

 

  • How and when do I Pay?

A deposit of one third of purchase price is required before work can begin on custom rifles.  One third when the job is near completion and the final third payment when the work is finished.  When work is completed you will receive an invoice.  Shipment will be made immediately if payment is made by certified check or money order.  If personal or company check are sent then we will ship when funds clear the bank.  We do not accept credit cards on custom rifles.

 

For all gunsmithing work - Payment is due before firearms are shipped back to customer.  A invoice will be E-mailed, mailed or faxed to gun owner.  For gunsmith work we accept Visa, Master card, American Express, or Checks. 

 

  • Non Payment Policy?

Complete Gun Invoices must be paid within 15 days of the invoice date.  Nonpayment will result in the loss of the deposit and firearm will be put back into the inventory.
